Camille holds a real estate license with our brokerage and an MS in Organizational Leadership, further enhancing her ability to contribute strategically to the team. With a professional demeanor and a keen willingness to learn, she is steadily building a strong foundation in community management. Her versatility, attention to detail, and team-first attitude make her a valued and growing asset to the FMG team. 

ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER 

  Krista brings energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to community management. With strong administrative experience and keen attention to detail, she ensures day-to-day association operations run smoothly. Whether assisting board members, coordinating with vendors, or responding to homeowners, Krista takes initiative to make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER 

Olga brings extensive expertise in HOA accounting, financial reporting, and fiscal management to Ferguson Management Group. With a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budget preparation, she ensures the financial operations of our communities are accurate, transparent, and timely.

As the backbone of FMG’s financial operations, Olga provides Joseph and the management team with precise, reliable data that informs all financial decisions. Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail help our associations maintain strong financial health and long-term stability.

 Elizabeth brings a solid foundation in residential property management and quickly applies her skills to the HOA environment.
